This was my 4th attempt at getting this issue resolved. Erik was the one to at least respect my thoughts and listen to my concerns about my vehicle. Out of ALL the people who looked at it, he and his team diagnosed the problem today. The wait was excessive for an appt. I also received a text that my car was ready when it wasn’t. I had to hunt down coupons, rather than it being offered. The other Honda dealers wash your car afterwards. No need to call, I’ll just find another Honda dealer, even though I bought my car from there, brand new.
