Rudy Cruz is the reason I drive past 2 Honda dealerships from Rosenberg TX for service on my car's needs. He's a Professional all the time, and doesn't try to stick it to me by gaslighting about my car's needs. I respect His honesty, and personal Integrity. He convinced me to trust all my Hondas service needs to Easy Honda. I have access to a dealers license and have been in the business as a side producing income stream for over 35 years. Everything in the business is mostly based based on commissions, so it's refreshing to see someone who is able balance financial need and excellent Customer service Experience. People like that are a huge asset to you or any company.

The last two or three times I came in for an oil change or maintenance some of the work was not done or requests I made in regards to some concerns were not addressed. It appears the item was done with an eyeball test. When I came in at a later date then I was told of the problem and its urgency. The issue could’ve been addressed a month or two ago.

Service is not like before management. I came there 1 week ago n i did not know u have to set it up online n will not accept walkin as if you are more than toyota if katy freeway who accepts walk in! And i have to find sales people knock on there window but there they are i saw 3 people sitting n computer surfing internet not related to work. Im not coming back to this place.
