When I was sold my car back in September, I wanted a black car but I was sold on a grey/blue car that would come with a free wrap. The wrap took months to get with my car in the shop for weeks, then the wrap was not great and it caused my keyless remote to stop working. The service worker said the wrap people unplugged something and it would cost me $165 to fix the keyless remote to where it unlocks when I get near the car automatically. I feel that is ridiculous and unfair especially after I spent hours there under the assumption that it’d be fixed. Also, I was told my oil was changed but in the settings my oil life says its at 60%, so I’m not sure if I am wrong or if that’s supposed to be at 100%.

Rudy was not the responsive person. To be able to reach him, you need to have to be patient. Also, he is not returning your calls. While picking up the car we had some questions, and they make you feel like you are the trouble for them. I didn’t feel that he is trying to help. Even, he was making attitude. We asked the issue, and he said that who is going to pay if there is a issues.
That was not the point. But, he is not the good person that I can suggest to my friends.
