Very poor service and unprofessional and horrible experience. Will never give Easy Honda business again and will tell everyone in Facebook to stay away from Easy Honda.

Dealer ship did not keep there word , I was in there to get my complementary first oil change and tire rotation at 10 mile and it was denied , i was told I got one done last year of 2022 , which it was not time yet , so i had to pay for it , so i presented a free second oil change coupon they said it expires at 30 days . Why would it expires when i have not reach the mileage or time for one , so they made me pay for $90 for oil change and $30 for tires rotation. But thanks to the service advisor , he took off the $90 for the oil change . He was good help and kind , I’m not happy with the experience and hope it will be solved in the system errors. I was looking into purchasing another vehicle , but now I have to think twice about it , and I’m not sure if I would recommend friends .

Took waayyyy too long. 3 hours for an oil change. Ridiculous. Everyone was slow and seemed in no hurry to get things done. My car sat in the parking lot completely finished for a while. We had to go find someone so we could pay the bill. No sense of urgency to get people in and out.

He is always very helpful and accommodating when I come in, to have work done on my car, or just a routine checkup. He listens to what I need and when something comes up that I didn't foresee he checks with me first. I like and appreciate that.

Michael was my service advisor as Rudy was out. Michael was very courteous and kept me informed along the way. Unfortunately, Though not any fault of Michael's, my car had to stay overnight in order for paint to dry. The paint touch up had to be done as my car was damaged while I had it in your service dept the prior week. Michael arranged a loaner car for me! I picked up the car after dark and gave noticed paint overspray on several areas. Unless someone will address this and clean up the overspray while I am there ( and not for hours my schedule cannot accommodate putting it in the shop again!
