-was 3 minutes late to appt. and received a ridiculously obnoxious quip by one of the people working there (not sure his name - not my service advisor)
-spent 5 minutes waiting in my car to even be addressed
-spent over 20 minutes to be fully 'checked in' (which was essentially blamed on me, lol!)
-waited nearly 3hr for an oil change, nothing else
-main service advisor wasn't very polite, either
Horrible experience. I literally never complain about services in general - but this was awful.
