We need to get more people over at your dealership so we are not waiting an hour and a half to get an oil change and tires rotated, air and cabin filters replaced. The last two times there have taken too long even setting up an appointment online. The person that took care of me was great. I love coming here for service being five minutes from my home.

I had an appointment and it still took an hour and a half to get an oil change. I was not kept up to date on the progress and was told when I went to pay that I had been texted the recommendations for my vehicle when I had not.
I was disappointed when I could go elsewhere and get it done quicker, but try to give Honda my business.
