I took my vehicle to Honda of Katy and some of the employees were rude and uncaring about my 11 year old Honda Civic which is in great condition. Kudos to Joshua Sanchez, he was very friendly and professional in keeping me updated about the status of my car. He also helped me get my car towed safely into the repair bay on a rainy weekend after my window was shattered and wheels stolen. Overall satisfied, but the repaired window has some issues that need to be brought back in to resolve (crunching sound when rolling window up or down)
