I want to make it very clear that Makayla was great and everyone I talked to in the service center was very polite and kind. It was disappointing to take my car to the Honda dealership and not find a solution to the issue after 200 dollars and most of the day. I really appreciated everyone that helped though and have nothing negative to say about Makayla. I just want to be honest about my disappointment.

He was great. I just questioned the invoice when I got home to review. The cost of oil change was higher than we originally discussed. I had a coupon. So just need to visit about that. Otherwise, he was really great to deal with. I just had that one question is the reason I said no.
