The only thing that I wasn't happy with was how long the car was kept 9:30 am to almost 6pm but by the same token I understand that I was squeezed in there because if not I would have to have waited til March 1 due to my work schedule so all in all I appreciate all the hard work

I appreciate the service, but I am not completely satisfied. The technician didn’t properly tighten the parts on my car, which caused my original underbody shield to get damaged. I ended up losing a workday because of this issue. While the shield was replaced, the new one is much cheaper compared to the original. I also want to make it clear that I have no complaints against Makalah, as she was professional and helpful.

Hi- I had a great experience checking in and checking out. My service rep, Maria, was fantastic and helpful. Five stars for customer service. However, when I returned home, I found damage to the carpets in the back seat. I have taken precautions to protect this area of my truck for resale. It now has damage to the floor carpet from it being the access point to the fuel pump. I realize this cannot be repaired and to some, not a huge deal. It is a big disappointment to me, since it was in great condition. I do appreciate the service of the recall, but please be aware that there was damage caused by the repairs. J. Fisher
