Glad I was able to get the oil change completed in the afternoon

Associate released the vehicle with immediate attention service, that causes high risk over heat engine look, and didn’t advise/ recommend the customer with proper procedure. Last minute cause delay for extra 2 hours.

I brought my car in for recall repair and standard inspection. I had an appointment scheduled but when I arrived, I waited over half an hour and ultimately another service rep helped than the one I was told that I was assigned to. Later that day the service rep called saying that the repair parts were faulty, so they would need to repair it again the next day. I had to come back to get a loaner car to drive to work. After I got my car back I noticed the technician left his tool and excess parts in my car door that I returned when I had to come back for more service three days later. My car check engine light went off and steering wheel felt stiff when my car was returned from service, so I had to come back. I left my car overnight for service technicians to fix the fuel pump again that was the recall repair. When I got my car again the next day my car had trash in it that the technicians left also some excess parts in my car door again. I told the service rep about this. This is the second time that I drove my car from Easy Honda and it immediately had an issue. Last year I went for maintenance and my car stalled on the road while I was driving no more a few blocks after picking up my car from Easy Honda. I think Easy Honda service dept and it’s technician have poor quality and I do not recommend your location for servicing vehicles based on my experiences.

Richard was courteous and pleasant from intake until checkout of my vehicle. This particular day was a cold morning but Richard was pleasant on each of my encounters with him.
