I decided to call Easy Honda after multiple visits to Katy Honda over the past 3+years…and dealing with their awful customer service each time. The final straw was when I was trying to get a recall fixed and could never get a call back or an answer on when the part would be available. I can confidently say Makayla is the reason that I will continue to visit Easy Honda. She was amazing from the first call I made to her!! She got me an appointment right away and kept me informed throughout the process. She was super helpful and polite!
