Easy Honda Auto Repair Service

When I picked up my H-RV, I had very little wind shield wiper fluid. Rudy said that new vehicle didn't have the liquid come up high onto the wipers like they did in the past. I specifically left a message that I wanted my oil changed and windshield wiper fluid put in to the lady who took the message and scheduled my appointment. When I tried seeing if liquid was put in, a bit of liquid came out on the right side (only). He took my vehicle to have liquid put in. I left after this was completed. As I was driving down the street, a notice came on the car panel that said all four tires had low air pressure. The tire icon also showed up as well after I left. The repairman recommended I have the balance of my tires checked today yet no air was put into them. When I took my HRV in I had not received a message on the panel that I had low air pressure. I went back a second time after I got my HRV and Rudy had a young man put air in my tires. When this was completed,I was finally able to leave. I wish my car would have been looked over by Rudy to make sure everything was done instead of me coming back twice. I also noticed this evening that the window on the driver side had a lot of new scratches that were not there before. I want to know what is going to be done about the scratches that were put on the tinted portion of the window. I did not take my car in with scratches on the side of my window. I want to know who I can talk to about this matter.

Went in for a b1 service told me it would be a 2 1/2 hr wait offered and uber home since they don’t do loaners on maintenance took almost 4 hr to complete got the car back smelling like oil had to air it out and detailed again cause the smell jus t didn’t come out. Plus the broke my sun glasses the where in the car as well they could have just admitted to instead of just hiding it in the car
