I think you have worst and rudest service department. Out of all the times we have brought our numerous Honda’s in, only once we had a good experience. I do not need to be man explained car issues or why you are trying to do things that make absolutely no sense! If your service department told me something was broke, I would know it works just fine. That’s how much I dislike your department and will never purchase a Honda from you. I will also be taking all three of our Honda’s elsewhere!

Excellent service from Rudy Cruz and everyone else at Easy Honda. I was taken care of right away and offered a ride back while the car was being serviced. The car was ready before the promised time. A ride was sent for me to pick up the car. Everything went smoothly without any surprises.

Eric's service was awesome and top notch. If only I could say the same about the salesman who sold me the car. That was such a negative experience I'm looking at trading in my 26 Passport with an Acura. I guess one has to go there for all around great service. Top notch care at Easy Honda is only found in the service department.
