When it was time to pick up my car, Keito knew I was on my way and would be there at a certain time. However, when I arrived, he didn’t have my paperwork ready and I had to stand outside and wait for him to get everything ready - while he chatted with several other employees in his office. I paid (credit cards now charge an extra fee?!?) and then he sort of pointed me in the direction of my car. When I finally found me car, it was filthy, although I had requested it be washed. It obviously had not. Overall, very disappointing pickup experience. On the positive side, I had a great experience with the employee who helped me when I dropped off my car. He was filling in for Keito who was out that day.

No one went over the final diagnosis. Not until I got home did I see my brakes were not at excellent and I don’t know why and what to look for. When I got there for my appointment I was given I believe his name was Luis and he told me about my spark plugs and told me I could get 10% off with coupon if I got that done wel when they switched me to Rudy he said no.
