I am very happy with this service, but when I got the new car, after two days the sensor on the right rear door broke down and I fixed it, but after I fixed it, I started making a sound in the door itself. Maybe there is something there that needs to be fixed, but I did not keep the car with them again until they fixed it, but they are good people and a great work team.

I want to write how I felt after my dealings with Mr. Pierre at Easy Honda. He got me a Uber ride arranged, took the time to clearly explain how much approx time it would take to complete the factory recall job, answered all my silly questions with patience, and went above and beyond to keep me updated throughout the process.
Upon the time to pick up the car we had a long conversation where he explained the possible fixes for my very annoying dashboard warning lights issue that I thought this factory recall would fix but it didn’t. Either way it’s kind of rare to encounter someone who blends technical expertise with such a high level of customer care. Mr. Pierre truly represents the best of your team, and I’m grateful for his exceptional support. I think it was a my great luck that I end up meeting & dealing with Mr. Pierre
I would like to return to Easy Honda to get my dashboard warning lights issue fixed ONLY if the car is in direct supervision of Mr. Pierre at all times.
