I arrived at 10:30 AM. We’re going to let me know if they had the part I needed in stock. So that if they did not, they could let me go and order it. I waited until almost 2 PM, without the service advisor, notifying me of anything. Thankfully, Maria in service department was able to check on my vehicle, find out that the part was ordered, and bring my vehicle to the front so I could leave. Maria set up the appointment for us to come back once the part was in. She was very helpful even though it wasn’t her ticket to handle. I wish I could say more of Michaela, but it wasn’t the best experience. He never reached out to let me know that the part was in, she didn’t notify me that they were ordering the part and that I could go home the first appointment. When I got my vehicle back, I noticed a lot of oil and grease fingerprints and marks in the passenger rear seat where they fixed the buckle - this tells me they never covered the seat to work in that area. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the service I got. I believe all service tickets (warranty or not), should be treated the same because we paid for the vehicle.
