I submitted my information regarding the hazard warranty for the tires. I emailed the contract information as requested, and I’ve yet to hear a call back in regards to getting my tire replaced. Overall, Michaela was very helpful and kind, but I didn’t hear back as requested, still waiting to get tires replaced with warranty.

Once my vehicle was finished and I returned home I found a sir with the AC. I called and spoke with Makayla. She quickly told entire return the next day and reassured me Honda would take care of the issue. I did and the issue was handled in less than 5 minutes. Charged $70 labor to install a battery. Took an hour to respond to my request for a phone call. Left the headlights on when they parked my vehicle after replacing battery. Tried to sell me $2495 of maintenance including two flushes they already did not long ago. I am very sad to realize that after 33 years and four new Hondas, I no longer have a dealership I can trust.
