I presented a coupon that entitled me to new windshield wipers including a fee for installation. When I mentioned it to the guy at the front desk I made a big deal over the fact that my windshield wipers were shot. O mean I made A BIG DEAL about the windshield wipers. As I checked out i asked if the windshield wipers were replaced and the guy at the POS said the guy at the front desk didn't mention it
Really?????? It was the only thing I really cared about this whole visit!!!!!!!!
