Everything went as planned and on time. We even had a nice loaner Highlander. Can't complain about that.

1) The charge port that we paid to have fixed, and were told was fixed, is not fixed at all.
2) The loaner vehicle that was provided to me was down over twelve dollars in gas as it was at Palmiero. I filled it up, but I was paying for gas someone else used. Also, there are some scuffs on the front of the car in the bumper area. These were there when the car provided to me, but not noted.

The team went out of their way to special order a tire in for me with next day delivery, then squeezed me in without a appointment once the tire came to have it mounted and allow me to get on my way.
