Asked for steering wheel to be straightened, it was not, if I hold steering wheel straight the vehicle veers to the right, you guys aligned car in April, it wasn’t straight then , and now, I can’t believe you actually did the alignment. Everything is the same as it was when I brought it it, and no mention of cupped tires, did tech even look ?

Good morning,
I have purchased a few vehicles from your business and the place use to be great. Service has seem to get slower. I was there almost 2 hours for an inspection which should only be a round an hour if that. I understand things happen once in awhile but I believe I've given enough chances and will no longer use your service even though inspection is free it's not worth my time. Oil change took almost 3 hours the time before.i'm going to go to the Toyota dealership in Butler or Franklin instead.
