I waited a long time before even being acknowledged when I arrived. There was only one person working (and she was already with somebody), though two others came to the computers behind the counters, each a couple of times, and walked away again. Not once did anybody even look up to say "Somebody will be with you shortly". Waiting isn't necessarily bad when things are busy, being totally ignored is.
