It wasn't matt. It was Kim Christie that I worked with. Arrived at 1p for scheduled appointment that I did not get a reminder for. Inspection and oil change on a RAV4. Left the building at 3:07pm. No explanation whatsoever of why it took 127 minutes for this service when usually takes less than 60 minutes. Palmiero Toyota do better! No apology either. Everyone acted like this is normal, sort of hum drum. Might be a good time for changes. Don't call me, I do not want to listen to your excuses. Too late. Just take care of your problems.

1) The charge port that we paid to have fixed, and were told was fixed, is not fixed at all.
2) The loaner vehicle that was provided to me was down over twelve dollars in gas as it was at Palmiero. I filled it up, but I was paying for gas someone else used. Also, there are some scuffs on the front of the car in the bumper area. These were there when the car provided to me, but not noted.
