My car was to be serviced for brake issue, inspection, oil change. I did have a loaner vehicle. I don’t know what happened during the day. Car was reviewed for repairs, but none were done. I feel I should have been notified the car was not ready to be picked up. I realize things happen in schedules etc. A simple call or text would have avoided the problem. Nothing like this has happened since I’ve coming to Palmiero’s. Thank you.

I was satisfied overall, the staff there is really terrific. I was just thrown a bit and felt pressured to make a decision about a repair they suggested be done. I was talking with a salesman about possibly buying a new vehicle when they approached me about the suggested repairs. I felt distracted trying to process that while considering what I wanted to do about a possible trade (and trying to process all the details of a hybrid vehicle), even though the young man from the service center said I could think about it. I usually research before making a decision but just felt a bit pressured since I drove an hour there and it was a Saturday and I knew they had shorter hours. I should have held off on it since I’ll likely trade.
