Siempre e confiado mi carro a ustedes porque son una compañía respetable para mi pensar pero desafortunadamente hoy tuve una mala experiencia con sus asociados Metro Carwash lleve mi carro inmediatamente después de resivir un código de lavado gratis por mi cambio de aceite de casi 70 dólares pero nunca imagine que mi carro iba a salir dañado de ese lugar mi espejo retrovisor derecho se quebró ahí y cuando lo reporté a un trabajador me envió a hablar con el manager a lo cual accedí pero la respuesta q recibí del manager fue q ellos no se hacían responsables de daños y al mirar q yo no estaba de acuerdo decidió revisar mi carro la respuesta mas absurda q e recibido fue q el carro había tenido arreglos (porq me abrió el capó para revisar)lo cual yo no estoy de acuerdo en el tiempo q e sido Dueña del carro los únicos arreglos q a tenido son los q a echo Metro Honda , sentí frustración porq al hablar a metro Honda se deslindo de responsabilidad y metro Carwash también entonces la única q pierde es el cliente por un servicio prestado y nada barato . Solo espero q el manager cumpla su palabra después de mutuo cambio de opiniones
