I would first like to say that I’m extremely unsatisfied with my service. My father went to drop off my vehicle for my ac not blowing cold air. After my vehicle being dropped off 2/21/22 at 7:30am I got a call at 9:45am saying the multi point inspection was complete and that my ac condenser was not leaking. I asked James would what be the next step because I had received a letter in the mail for years between 16-21 honda we’re having condenser warranty extension issues (he proceeded to tell me if I wanted to find the leak and get more information and get it completely fixed would be $400). I said no and just had my dad pick up my vehicle. I scheduled another appointment at Honda of Ontario 2/22/22 and guess what, my condenser was leaking across two bottom inches of the condenser and paid $0 out of pocket because my vehicle got verified for the warranty extension. I really wish that customer service would still be a priority for some service advisor but happy to been helped by another Honda!

I made an appointment for 1045 the Service Rep said it would take 4-5 hours I told him I made an appointment and he said they were over booked and I lost 4 hours of my day what’s the point of making an appointment. Also I got in my care and although my interior is black I could tell the service tech didn’t use paper mats before getting in my car. I had a surgical mask hang from my steering wheel that was left on my floor bored with black grease boot print on it. Paid 92 dollars not going back. Was going to take my wife’s CRV but it was a waste not going back.

Israel is doing an outstanding job to deliver amazing service. Unfortunately your mechanics are not doing a good job and my car has been returned to you twice with check engine light on after car was supposedly fixed. Please do not tell me my car is done until it has been actually fixed and time has been taken with my car.
