First off when dropping the car off the service writer Didn't offer any other services like we can check your brakes or anything else that were needed also after the work was performed I had lights out didn't ask to repair them. Overall I been coming to this dealership since 2013 when I bought the Honda brand new I feel customer service has fell off quite a bite. I wasent even explained about using the texted express service I think I will be exploring other dealerships for my services.
