I have always received excellent service from Metro Honda; and today was the best ever. Mark was super in every way: pleasant, professional, knew exactly what he was doing. He made me feel comfortable with what I should expect. The time I left my vehicle until the time I picked it up was right on point. Thanks again Mark.

I go to the dealer because they are supposed to do a good job. Not because they are cheaper. Last time i went there you didn’t have tires for my car so after getting it serviced i had to go the American tires to get new tires and alignment. This time my car need new spark plugs and windshield wiper blades. I couldn’t get that done there because you didn’t have them. I feel like i paid 500 for an oil change. Did you replace the gasket like i paid you to do?

I made an appointment for two issues. One was a sound coming from the front wheel area and the other was for an issue with the starter not starting the car on the first push. I left my car there this past Tuesday. Tuesday evening I got a text say it was ready for pick up. I called asking what had been fixed. Nothing was fixed because the problems couldn’t be duplicated. I asked if the tech could keep the car and check again the next morning. Frank said yes. The next day I started texting and calling around three pm because I had not heard anything. I got a call back around 4:30 saying I could come pick up the car. Nothing had been fixed because they still couldn’t duplicate the problem. By then I couldn’t get there by 6 pm so I went to go pick it up at noon on Thursday. Frank walked me out to the area where another guy had just pulled up my car. The guy with my keys said he had trouble starting the car. I told him that the starter was the reason I brought it in. He said that he thought I needed to press the brake harder when starting it. I’ve owned this car since it was new and I told frank and this other guy that. I have always pressed the brake hard enough for it to start. The guy with the keys said maybe your car is getting old. I was like “well what would wear out to cause this?” They both looked at each other and then shrugged. I was thinking, if something is wearing out causing the car not to start on the first try, shouldn’t that something be replaced? Then frank walked back inside. The guy with my keys kept talking and said he had to press on my brake three times before it started. I then looked around because I was pretty sure I was in the twilight zone. I took my car in and left it there for two days only to be told that the issue couldn’t be duplicated…then the guy that drives my car up and gives me the keys tells me how he repeatedly duplicated the problem…then they send me on my way and tell me to bring it back when the problem happens more often. Oh and there is an extended warranty for the starter of my car that isn’t starting….this was a very confusing experience.
