I understand you are short staffed but I had an appointment for an oil change at 10am and didn't get my vehicle til 1245pm if you have less staff do not schedule 12 vehicles for an pil change within the same hour that's just dumb I sat there and watched every car pull up for the same thing poor management skills right there and over working your employees will make you loose them faster. Schedule a car every 45 minutes that way the car in is getting serviced and the meat one is barely coming in at the end of service not have a line of Cars sitting there and the whole inside full of people waiting hours for a simple oil change ????
