GARY RICHARD HIDALGO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ENSURE THAT OUR 2015 PILOT WAS IN TIP TOP CONDITION BEFORE I LEFT ...HE ADVISED ME THAT OUR REAR WIPER WAS MISSING AND ARRANGED FOR A REPLACEMENT. I haven’t ever had a person who helped me there ever be rude or anything but this past time i went i left the location feeling as though I was not a paying customer by the was i was treated by Francisco Javier Caceres. He was super rude and sarcastic when I would ask questions and make small talk since I already felt as though he did not want to help me and i was his last choice. I don’t know if he was having a bad day but i let it go. However, i will not be letting him handle my car again as he did only the most basic things he needed to do and did not go through any of the paperwork or let me know how the car was after i asked him to check if the car needed any other services since i had gotten a note for it being a “Lemon car” so i needed a few things changed “Free of charge” as stated in the paper and he did not do anything… and told me to sign the papers to get out of his face.

While inspecting cabin air filter for my car, the engineer turned off the Valet lock switch that ultimately made me not being able to use my trunk and did not inform me of it. I had to go many days without being able to use it and had to research on my own to figure out this button and what the engineer had done.

Rebecca was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly! I was stressed about being able to get done and get to meeting I had with students, and she made sure to fully communicate to the maintenance staff about my time crunch as well as to myself on progress the whole time. I got out with plenty of time to get to my meeting and I felt very listened to by her. It was a very pleasant experience!
