Whoever was working on my vehicle and assembling it back together ran my dash camera cables under hard trim and didn’t give it the correct amount of length so the cable would not be pulling on the camera itself and because they did not do this the cable that connects to the camera was being pulled and is now bent and the camera is not turning on. I am upset because I feel like Honda should be more careful with cables in the car I did talk to one of the agents when i picked up the car cause i noticed right away and he told me that I can take it again the next day and I don’t appreciate that because my car had already been there for over 5 hours and to have to go back again to fix an issue that should’ve never happened is upsetting. Whoever was working on the vehicle if they didn’t know how the camera and cables were set up they could’ve just called me and told me that they’re not sure how to put it back on and they could’ve left it to the side instead of trying to do it themselves and do it carelessly and run the cables where they know it’s going to get stuck and pulled.
