I waited for 3 1/2 hours to have my oil changed and when the service was finally completed, I checked the oil dipstick myself and clearly seen that it wasn’t done and was still dirty. I was belittled by a staff in the department named Frank, who said that’s how oil is supposed to look in a car. I’ve been doing my own oil changes for over 20 years, with all my other vehicles, and have enough hands on experience to differentiate clean oil and dirty oil. It’s just sad that this happened to me. I can only imagine the other unfortunate people that are taken advantage of.

I had to wait 25 minutes for someone to help me, you had a group of workers outside talking and laughing about personal businesses went I seats in my car waiting for help very disappointed with the customer service this time. I got to the shop 2:50 the wrote the paper work at 3:15 and got the car back at 5:30.
