I brought my car in because I've been having two intermittent problems. They were able to find the source of one problem but not the other. Of course it is very frustrating and worrisome to leave with a car that may still have problems, but I very much appreciate Vance's effort to keep the car for two days so the guys could do their best to try to locate the problem. And I am glad that I wasn't charged for diagnosis when they couldn't find the problem.

My experience at Metro Honda was great. My advisor was Joseph King and he was friendly, generous, and professional. He was able to help me answer all the questions I had about my car and service. Sandy was a friendly and helpful manager in solving problems. I really appreciated both of their assistance. The shuttle service was very convenient to go to the Montclair Plaza across the freeway while waiting. Both drivers Roberto and Robert are also friendly and professional in taking me to the mall and back to the dealership when my car is done. Overall I give 5 stars to Metro Honda.
