I had 9:45 am appt. I didn't receive any updates through out the day. I called in to service various times and Sandra answered I was told Gordon Jackson. Would call me back on the status of my car, I left him 2 messages as well as a text.Surprise he never called back.Everytime I called either Sandra or Sandy could not help me with 1 simple thing (the status of my vehicle).Instead they continuously got the point across that the only person capable of finding my vehicle or giving an update or letting me know it was ready for pick up was Gordon Jackson. Finally I got tired with the poor service and Sandy got a hold of Gordon who tells me my car was flagged and he was not notified by the service guys.(all I needed was an oil change. I took my car in for an oil change)3:45pm I go in to pick up my car unacceptable I was given a pickup time of 11:40am. And still Gordon tells me that there was a recall for the back flap lighting,and the adhesive was not holding. Check your records I took my car in 4 other times to get that back flap light repaired, and it kept coming off.Yes this is the first (official) recall but if it requires adhesive like I was told on the previous visits as well as this last visit odds are it's falling off again.Ridiculous and unacceptable.I will not return to this service location poor service and poor workmanship on Hondas part for simple repairs waste of my time.

I am suspicious that the passenger side airbag inflator recall was not taken care of when I brought my car in for the first airbag recall back in June of last year. I didn't like having to bring my car in a second time. Other than that, I am happy with your service department.
