Gordon Jackson was friendly and very informative. He thourghly explained my warrenty and he processed my service quickly. Because of my great first time experience with Metro Hond Service Department, I will continue to take my car there. I will also recommend Metro Honda to all of my Honda friends.

Mr. Henry was polite overall however, he delayed my hour and a half wait to nearly two hours by incoherently calling out my mispronounced last name. I understand it might be a long day. However, choosing to call out my last name by mispronouncing it so badly I didn't even realize he was calling me was completely inexperienced. He then decided to move onto the next customer thus making my already long wait even longer. After another 15 or 20 minutes he calls out my last name incorrectly yet again. At this point I'm inpatient so I decided to ask if he was calling me or not. His decision to not use my first name, the name most people most commonly go by, delays my plans even further. I know the business might be busy but deciding to only call a customer by their last name and then mispronouncing it completely is quite frustrating. People have first and last names for a reason. I just don't understand why he would choose to use the name that was harder to pronounce. The speed of service and Mr. Henry's unexplainable mistake will definitely deter me from choosing Metro Honda as my go-to place of service.

Wondering why i was charged for Check engine light diagnostic. As well for oil change. I came in because my check engine light was on. When diagnosed found out it was because i was low on oil. I always do my oil changes at metro honda and my percentage was still showing 50%. Usually from what i remember 130 which i believe went up the diagnostic check would cover anything that is wrong with the vehicle. Came to find out i had to pay additional for the oil change. So i was charged 130 plus 34.95 for oil change.
