Mr. Wilcox has initiative . And that is good for customer service . I bought a steering wheel cover. I have been holding it. I did not expect him to ask me and he said he will take it and apply it . I was impressed ! He is very courteous And I did not feel rushed. Again that is a plus for Mr. Wilcox. He seems very knowledgeable too.
