Patrick was very thorough through the entire process when I was there. Hands down! Please have more workers trained to be like him.

Service is excellent only the time frame is too long. For a oil change you have to wait 5 hours at least lessen the hours but not 5 to 6 hours. Aside for service is good.

For a service of B13, I waited for about 2 1/2 hrs and could have been longer if I didn't ask the service advisor. My car has been parked outside done and serviced for I do not know how long it's been there waiting. Service advisor should be more attentive next time rather than chit chating with his fellow advisor. Just before I left, I checked on my wheel lock key tool and my instinct is right - it wasn't there, so I got back and asked for it. (What if I have driven off and came back later?)
