I felt like I was being sold something the entire time. The man who "sold" me the repairs I came in for was pulling salesman tactics that I've seen before having worked in that industry. I then watched as a call was placed to find out the price of a replacement key (instead of having it on his computer?), and I was taken aback when he told me it was going to cost me over 200 dollars. This is robbery. Ifor I had ANY other choice to get a new key, I would never come back to this dealership. I felt swindled and sold.
