Bad experience, took forever to get car back, i had to call the honda dealer i bought my honda from to find out my warranty that was purchased, was told the warranrt place was closed, so i called and they were open and i was covered for a rentap car and was in the shop for 5 days , i was told i had no deductable only if i went to the honda dealer i purchased my honda at which is **** and was never told and my alternator went out and just bought my pilot 5 months ago, so **** customer experience, i hate honda

It's my first time doing business with Metro Honda. Car delivery after payment was kind of awkward. I had to look for my car after getting my keys in an unmarked area. i had to ask where would I pick my car from. Upon getting into my car, I found seat cover and floor mat were still there so I had to find a trash can to dispose them. Other dealers that I have been doing business with won't do that to their customers. Not sure why metro has this format.
