Gordon Jackson was fantastic.
I dropped off my Element at about 3:45pm on Thursday, 1/26, fully expecting that my car would not be ready until late Friday.
Gordon told me they would try to get to it that same day, prior to closing at 7 pm. Not only was the repair and recall work completed the same night, Gordon stayEd a few minutes after closing so I could get my car back immediately. This saved me the hassle of having to get a ride to and from work the following day.
Gordon was awesome, and I appreciated his "can do" attitude.
I'd recommend Gordon and Metro Honda in a heartbeat.
