I was only there for an oil change. Patrick got me in and the service people got me out. I was completely satisfied.

Mr.owen never kept me up to date on what was going on. I had an appointment and came in half hour early and a 1 hour job ended up being 4 hours long. I didn't even know until I went to ask him. I would have greatly appreciated him to keep me informed which he never did. I was so upset with the whole situation.
