I was very disappointed and ferious that after making an appointment for a simple oil change, I waited an unreasonable amount of time for my vehicle to be serviced / completed. Just five minutes shy of a two hour wait was beyond unacceptable for an oil change that only takes a few minutes. I will no longer take my vehicles to Metro Honda / Acura ever again. My service advisor John **** was never apologetic nor did he ever show great concern over the time frame it took to complete this simple service.
