I'm so glad Thomas helped me out this morning, when making my appointment for my oil change, the lady who I was speaking to asked if there was anyone specific I'd like to help me out, and I thought to myself? I don't really care, I mean anyone is fine. Now that I met Thomas, I know why she asks ! He was VERY informative and honest, one thing I appreciated the most was how honest he was with what my car needed. He was not only looking out for my car, but me as well. Definitely will be coming back to Thomas for all my future appointments.

My service advisor was great - personable and approachable. My dissatisfaction stems from the work for my car. For the hefty price I paid for an oil change and alignment for my 2016 Accord, I was promised a car wash - complete with the large red letters on my work order. Please help me to understand why my car was never washed - I have a serious issue with being overpromised but underdelivered.
