I vowed never to go to metro Honda in monticlair ca because of the past expierences unfortunately one day I had an emergency and metro Honda is the closest Honda dealership near me that's when I met Mr. Gordon Jackson he seriously took the time to hear me out and took my concerns into his own matters the way he handled my frustrations reallly made me trust him, today I returned to Honda to give them a second chance since my emergency expierence with Mr. Gordon was accpectional and let me tell you he did it again!!!!!!
