Although all service was completed. I didnt figure to stay an additional two and half hours after being dropped off for pick-up. I made service advisor aware that i had to be at work 3. I had a 7 a.m appt and service was not complete till around 2:30 p.m. I have had service done before and it is usually done before 12:00 p.m. And that is doing major services not oil changes. Oil changes i am done within in hour.

Yes, Henry has excellent customer service skills. However, the maintain on my car did have a problem with the replacement of my Transmission Fluid. The tech who drained and replaced my Transmission Fluid did not properly torque my drain bolt, so my car was leaking fluid. I took my car back two days later on Monday morning to have the problem corrected. Henry helped me get my car back into the repair shop Without a problem. My leak is gone and I'm now happy with the service provided to me.
