I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service at Metro Honda. I had an appt at 10:30 am for an oil change and didn't leave until 2 pm. I waited almost 4 hrs. I am normally a patient person, but this is just ridiculous. After 2 hrs of waiting. I went to see how much longer my car would be, but was told that I needed to speak to my advisor, but he was on lunch. All he told me was that my car was being worked on and that was all he could tell me. I haven't even met or spoken to my advisor. My mom was with me, because we were going to go out and take my niece and nephew out for a day of fun. It got late for what we wanted to do. My mom went up and asked this time what the delay was. Finally someone helpful went to check on my car. He apologized for the inconvenience and comped my oil change and gave me a card for a free car wash. I left super upset. I received a phone call later from my advisor apologizing to me about what happened and told me they would give me another free service. I honestly don't want it and will not be returning to Metro Honda for any services.

Gordon did a great job keeping us informed of each development as it occurred. He stopped work to recommend having our insurance come out to file a claim when he found rodent damage which saved us money. We are hoping his recommendation of setting traps for the little frickers works as well as he did. Thank you!
