Gorden did a excellent job processing my car in and out. After checkout I had to wait about 35 minutes outside for my car to be brought from the garage out to me. Gordon had to actually leave the desk inside to go to the garage and personally bring it out to me. He was very apologetic to me and this helped calm me.
