The service Tommy provides has always been professional and courteous. Tommy is always prompt and knows exactly what he is doing which makes me feel at ease when I drop my car off. Tommy is one of the best service adviser I have encountered.
I wished the express lube technician could do the same professional service as he/she was using my iPod connection in my Pilot and listening to their iPhone music at a very high volume (volume 19). Once I changed it to the FM radio at home, it scared my 1 year old daughter as we never listen to the music that loud. The vehicle is my personal property and I don't feel it is necessary to use my car stereo system to listen to their music... just saying.
