When I walked in one of the sales people was on the phone the other was helping a customer. So I waited. When the sale person got off the phone he did not knowledge me he didn't say just a minute he didn't say boo to me he walked away over to some other sales people and talked to them for a minute and then came back. I was still not acknowledged and was the one that had to ask if somebody could help me.
