I was told my car will be done at 2pm one saturday. Service closed at 5pm, I called 5x and voicemail pick up and left a message before 5pm, worried I dont have a car to drive to work till monday cause nobody inform me of anything. Received a call at 5:43pm from a staff saying it was a busy day. No call, text or email from 11am-543pm on whats going on my car. Knowing service close at 5pm. All of my request was not done, very disappointed and bad customer service. Its my first and last for sure.

It would be great customer service if the outside staff would acknowledge you if you need assistance. I finished my transaction with the service consultant and was told to wait outside for my vehicle. I waited for awhile and outside staff were just passing by until I realized my car was parked on the side. I proceeded to my vehicle and left the premises. No acknowledgement from staff.
