He was very professional and nice I would like to have him as my service advisor next time I make an appointment and the service advisor of my choice is not there as it was the case today. Greatly satisfied.

Henry the service advisor was solid and very friendly. He was able to see that I had a safety recall on a part for my airbags and it was replaced. However, I was told that when I had the 25 point inspection with my oil change that the fluids would be checked as well. When I got home I found that the coolant and power steering fluid were both low and to top off myself. Disappointed with that result.

I go to Metro because of Joseph. But it was a zoo this morning. You need to develop a better customer intake. The cars were backed up to the cul de sac. No method to separate walk on from appts.
I think it puts the service writers at a disadvantage and raises customer frustration.
