I was completely satisfied with Gordon Jackson's service. I was taking in a friends car for service after borrowing it for the week. I was just expecting an oil change. But after talking with Gordon, I was informed that the car I was bringing in had some recalls that needed to be taken care of. At first, I was irritated that I was going to have to spend a couple of extra hours at the dealership when I had only planned to stay for an oil change. But Gordon explained the safety issues involved with driving the car and not fixing the recalled items. So I decided to stay to have the items taken care of. My friend is very pleased with the service that Metro Honda provided. The car is running great and looks great!

Sandy Ireland is great and very helpful. My problem is that Honda doesn't have a fix for the software problem my car is having so that the battery keeps dying and that Honda is working on a solution but they don't know how long it will take. I've had this problem since I bought the car in January and have had the car brought in 4 times.
